The manual is written for farmers and agricultural extension workers and contains an extensive walkthrough on how to design and manage agroforestry systems for rice production. It also reviews the main rice-based farming techniques in Southeast Asia and discusses the potential of agroforestry to improve livelihoods of small-scale farmers. We have published the full piece at Agroforestry Network as we believe manuals like this are important tools to disseminate research and learnings to the field.
