The seminar is organised by SIANI, partner in Agroforestry Network, and the Swedish FAO Committee. Every year the World Food Day highlights the fight agains global hunger and malnutrition, but during the last three years undernourishment in the world has increased. Greater efforts and integrated approaches are necessary to reverse this trend.

The seminar will highlight the importance of multi-sector cooperation to achieve the Sustainable Development Goal 2, making sustainable and nutritious food accessible for all.
